Please be aware of all protocol & policy prior to placing an order with Naassene.
All Naassene pieces are handmade to order, unless exclusively marked as Ready To Ship. Please allow 1-2 weeks for a Collar, 2-5 weeks for a Harness, 2-5 weeks for a belt, & 2-8 weeks for a Corset, Bra, Panty, or more intricately patterned piece. *These turnaround times may be extended if order is placed during a Sale or due to COVID-19*.
Please be absolutely sure that all contact information provided with your order is correct & up to date. This includes Name, Email, & Shipping Address. If we need to contact you concerning your order, but do not hear from you due to an incorrect email, we will not produce your order. If your shipping address is incorrect, a return to sender occurs, or USPS/UPS destroys your package due to no response from the receiver, we will not resend your order & we will not refund your order.
*The studio is currently not offering refittings, resizing, or repairs due to the COVID-19 Pandemic in an effort to keep our studio as safe as possible*. If in the case that your harness does not fit perfectly, the piece can be sent to the Naassene studio for resizing. Prior to the piece being sent, Naassene & the client will agree on the cost of labor for the refit. Naassene only offers repairs if the piece itself arrives defective or damaged upon arrival. Naassene is not responsible for shipping costs for refit or repair pieces. Do not send any packages to the studio without prior contact with Naassene to discuss protocol, any packages sent to the studio with warning will be returned immediately & without question. Due to COVID-19 shipping times may be longer than usual. This delay is out of the hands of Naassene studio. When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. All packages are shipped worldwide through USPS & UPS. Shipping prices are calculated during checkout. International orders must pay all Customs & Taxes if necessary to receive a package. Naassene is not responsible for any packages that have a proof of delivery, nor any package that is lost or damaged during the shipping process. Items within lost of damages packages will not be remade or refunded. If you believe your package is missing, file a claim with USPS or UPS & dispute a case directly with them. Naassene cannot track, find, or be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Naassene will not cover any resending shipping fees on packages returned to the studio for any reason.
Naassene reserves the right to not issue returns on any items purchased through the online shop. Due to the nature of each piece being made to order, hand built, and individually produced, we do not accept returns or cancellations. If there is a change you’d like to make within your order, you have *24hrs* after placing the order to do so. After *24hrs*, the order will begin to be processed at which point in time no changes can be made.
